John, I’ll have to give Hype Machine a look. And now that you mention it, Chris- I’m on the hunt for a good wiki, so I’ll take Socialtext for a spin. I’ll be choosing one and incorporating it into the site soon for a “community project collaboration,” in the near future.

Gmail, Newsgator, Socialtext (our corporate wiki software), Wordpress, Google Docs (which has largely replaced any Word usage unless I’m offline), YouTube…and the list goes on.

When the internet connection suffers at work or at home I find myself with literally nothing to do. All my productivity software is online and all the stuff I save to write about is saved online so, without that connection, I’m SOL.

I would add a RSS/Feed Reader, I use FeedReader v3.07 but, thats not a ‘Web App’ and I also like
Linked in and upcomming.org, but I probably could live without them.

Thanks for the add, we will update our blog roll very shortly.

Steve, I use Basecamp for to-dos and a Moleskine day-timer to keep me organized. I don’t know why, but I’ve never been able to really embrace a handheld as part of my day-to-day. Having owned a Handspring and a Palm, and all they did was collect dust after the first few weeks of best intentions! I guess at heart I’m a paper and pen guy…Still, that little app might have been just the ticket, as it was likely the stylus and the tiny keys that scared me off.
